For investors and grant reviewers
For underground mine operators who must inspect kilometers of workings with shrinking crews, Sarthi Robotics delivers autonomous routine inspection and post-event assessment, on robots that need no connectivity, no pilot, and no babysitting, turning every run into a decision-ready report.
The thesis in three sentences
Autonomy is only a moat where it is scarce
In connected plants, robot autonomy is a commodity with many vendors. Underground, it is the gate, and Sarthi's stack is one of very few field-proven there.
The product is the report
Customers do not buy navigation; they buy re-entry time, exposure hours, and evidence. Sarthi sells the recurring inspection outcome, priced per site per year.
The beachhead is provable
Underground mining, Nordic-first, where the founder already has trial relationships and named world-first results. Expansion follows the same technical envelope: tunnels, heavy plants, substation interiors.
Where the company is, plainly
Pre-seed and pre-incorporation, founded on eight years of funded field research. The current funding path runs through Nordic and EU deep-tech instruments toward a seed round after the first paid pilot. The plan below is the one we execute against; it is the same one shown to customers.
