Three roles, in order, as funding and pilots land
Sarthi is pre-seed and founder-led. There are no open listings today. The three roles below open as grant funding and pilots land, and you can introduce yourself before they do.
What will open, in order
Robotics generalist
First technical hire, opens with grant funding
Turn a field-proven research stack into unattended production missions: mission scheduling, recovery behaviors, data logistics.
Field deployment engineer
Around the first paid pilot
Own robot deployments at customer sites: hardware bring-up, mission commissioning, and being the person a mine trusts underground.
Commercial roles
As pilots convert
Commercial people who have sold to mine operations, where the production budget is the buyer.
